Oh, the cheese! I don't remember what kind of rainbowy, unicorny thoughts I was having when I was 8, but it sure shows in this song. By now, I'd added a couple of cheapo Wal-Mart keyboards to my compliment of instruments. I still used the same recording method though, so there isn't a marked inprovement in the sound quality. However, I had learned a bit more about song structure and was more skilled at actually playing the synth. I'd written lyrics for this song (damned if I can remember what they were), but I couldn't sing so I just played the melody. |
