I'd had a catchy guitar part in my head for weeks, but didn't know what lyrics to put with it. As I was driving through the bad part of town, I saw some graffiti on a wall that said, "Journey We More Into The Nightmare". It sounded delightfully insane, so I used it as inspiration for the song lyrics. It's unfortunate I don't remember the lyrics now. And as for the vocal performance... Oh well... I was still learning! |
