One day, a friend of mine showed me an exciting, new computer file called a .MOD. Until then, computers didn't have the processing power or the storage to handle recording music, yet here were files that would play whole songs on your computer. And the sound of them was delightfully synthy and futuristic. I was hooked immediately and started writing my own. I wrote "Jaunt" as an entry into a global .MOD contest. It won second place. |
